We design Darex machines to perform in real production environments — not just in demonstrations.

When you purchase a Darex machine, it is purchased under standard terms. Once the machine is delivered to your facility, your 30-Day Performance Guarantee begins.

From the confirmed delivery date, you have 30 calendar days to run the machine in your operation and evaluate its performance in real-world conditions.

If during that time you determine the machine is not the right fit for your application, you may return it for a full refund of the purchase price.

Return in original packaging
Your only cost is return shipping.

How to Initiate a Return

To ensure proper documentation and processing, all return and warranty requests must be submitted in writing.

Once approved, you will receive a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA must be clearly displayed on the outside of the shipping carton and included with your return documentation.

Returns received without an approved RMA may be refused.

Performance Guarantee Conditions

  • The 30-day evaluation period begins on the confirmed delivery date
  • Return requests must be submitted within 30 calendar days
  • Machines must be returned in good working condition
  • Machines must be free from abuse, misuse, modification, or excessive wear
  • Products must be securely packaged to prevent shipping damage
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs
  • Machine must be securely packaged – preferably in the original packaging

Grinding wheels are excluded from the 30-Day Performance Guarantee and are non-returnable.

Once the machine is received and inspected, refunds are issued to the original form of payment.
If the machine shows damage beyond normal evaluation use, repair or refurbishment costs may be deducted from the refund.

Warranty

Darex products are warranted to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when used properly and in accordance with operating instructions. Warranty duration varies by product and begins on the confirmed purchase date.
